• Oversee and maintain the general status of the factory.
• Monitor and supervise factory production status.
• Ensure that the factory production is according to the timeline set by general manager.
• Keep a close eye on the status of machinery operation to give maximum output for the factor.
• Make optimum use of the equipment available to keep the production status of the factory at its maximum capacity.
• Keep the maintenance cost of the factory within its budget.
• Implement and practice a maintenance schedule for the production machinery to be at optimum status.
• Maintain, compile, store, and retrieve any data and information related to factory production and machinery status.
• Coordinate and direct the staff members regarding the activities that need to be performed in the absence Factory Manager, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager.
• Perform repairs promptly if machinery failure is to happen on the factory floor.
• Ensures that safety and precautionary measures are adhered to and practiced well throughout the floor.
• Implement new operating procedures and methods to eliminate the obstacles in the production.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• B.E (Mechanical) (M.E highly preferable)
• 5+ years of experience in the relevant field
• Excellent knowledge of the production, processing, and handling different machinery.
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Good communication skills
• Good decision-making skills
• Deep and thorough knowledge in machinery
• Physically able to work on factory floor
