A Good Opportunity for ..
- Research and identify solutions to ONT, Modern and Customer's hardware issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including PPPoE account setup and network configuration
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
- Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers and Retail customers
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams (NOC, Core,ODN)- Engineer need to be good personality and communication, respect the time- Field engineer can go to outside (customer's sites and exchange sites) and when it have critical issue at Saturday and Sunday will be come and duty at that day

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
- Any Degree and Diploma of ICT
- Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts and Fiber knowledge
- CCNA, N+, Hardware Maintenance
