• Check & review monthly income & expense of organization
• Control all heads to achieve target of their segments
• Manage resources & man power plan of organization
• Continuously upgrade of policy, rules, regulations & all process of organization issue
• Coaching & mentoring leaders to develop their skill/knowledge & expand competencies
• Checking the data accuracy of every reports & process
• Review & feedback activities & achievement report
• Negotiate to set up the employees benefits, promotions, demotions, new policies of the whole org,
• Improvement training plan & leadership skills with every management level
• Make sure ( go & see) for the standardization by self by delegating to others
• Make sure the accuracy of every assessment & finding
• Report to Chief & CEO for organization condition & general finding
• Perform duties assigned by Chief/CEO
• Translate organization business plan into operational plan
• Improve standard to a higher level and maximize organization performance
• To be smooth operation by managing resources
• Making improvement to achieve organization target as planned by coaching leaders
• Review & analysis of income & expense of organization

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree and More prefer with MBA.
• Age 35 ~ 45
• At least 8 Years experience in FMCG business field.
• Experienced in sales & marketing, manufacturing & operation, production, supply chain, R&D.
• Able to perform well ISO, HACCP, FDA & Hala process by link with relevant organizations.
• Able to perform to create new products.
• Advanced level of presentation, English 4 skills, negotiation, team building skills and reporting.
• Able to strong Sales strategy, leadership, strategic thinking, financial management and people management.
• Able to work under pressure and good in adaptability.
