Lead and manage a team of data scientists, analysts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, and quality standards are met.
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to resolve complex business problems with powerful data-driven automations which are agile and meet the rapid data needs of the company.
Conduct requirement analysis, propose solutions and strategies, and develop data-driven approaches, automated data flows and data-driven automations to tackle business challenges and fulfill user needs.
Research and integrate cutting-edge AI/ML tools and techniques to address complex business challenges.
Design, build and deploy scalable ML/AI models to solve business problems or support decision making processes.
Monitor and maintain ML/AI models in production, ensuring reliability and accuracy.
Manage data processing, cleansing, verification, and organizing data into usable formats, and interpreting complex datasets to identify trends and patterns for various analytics purposes.
Provide domain-specific expertise, overall leadership, and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
Maintain good knowledge of data storage and database management best practices, assist in maintaining data systems and ensuring data accuracy.
Provide guidance and mentoring to team members, promoting professional growth and skill development.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Proven experience in data processing and data analysis with large / complex datasets, and practical experience with database management systems & databases.
Demonstrates proven hands-on experience in data analytics and/or ML/AI development, with strong analytical skills, capable of data analysis & data engineering, trends identification, and result reporting.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models using Python or R, with hands-on expertise in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Strong understanding of both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, and experience handling end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, hyperparameter tuning, and production deployment.
Hands-on data query skills using SQL and Python, knowledge of Rest API, JSON, and data structures.
Possesses comprehension of ETL framework and ETL tools.
Knowledge on features and services of AWS and Microsoft O365 clouds.
Experience in creating and deploying automation jobs and data-driven solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in economics, information management, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or computer science
