An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • 24/7 Managed Service Operation for Radio Access Network Incident by liaising with MS partners to ensure all incidents are resolved within SLA.
  • Performance monitoring of all Radio Access Network elements (controllers, base station, etc) to ensure the achievement of contractually agreed KPIs and SLA in RAN Domain. Monthly Sign off SLA , KPI Reconciliation under CDC contract for 2G,3G,4G RAN Services.
  • Lead HW Fault Management and come up with improvement plans to reduce fault rates
  • Ensure site PMs are done regularly by field team on active network.
  • Software LCM for Radio Access Network controllers and base station sites.
  • Manage adhoc projects for faults mitigation plans such as cable splicing
  • Zero Traffic Cell Monitoring
  • Radio Optimization Performance Review ,new feature implementation and Resource management
  • Operational SPOC for all RAN related issues.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering/Telecommunications with minimum 5 years of experience in RAN Operations and Radio Access Network area
  • Excellent understanding of GSM/WCDMA/LTE and Future Technology and Products
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in RAN Nodes Integration, and RAN domain
  • Required to have good understanding of 2G/3G/4G, RNC and BSC, RF network optimization
