• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and issuing operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personal policies and procedures.
• Enforcing adherence to government regulation requirements on warehousing, mental handling and issuing, and advising management on needed actions.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Monitor the stock level at warehouses and generate the necessary daily, weekly and monthly reports needed for the business
• Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs and safety records.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by adhering the good housekeeping practice; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Completes warehouses operational requirements by scheduling and assigning FLT drivers; following up on work results.
• Maintains FLT drivers job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Follow EHS policies and participate in implementation

• C2-5 years of experience in logistic or any other company in raw material handling department
• Business Administration or Management Administration or Any Degree
• Should have knowledge about Health, safety and consumer-related guidelines
• Fine-tuned logistical techniques.
• Excellent verbal communication skills English both oral and written.
