Key functions:
 Serve as the lead assistant to the Restaurant General Manager and provides additional management coverage of operating hours and direct supervision of operations in an individual restaurant.
 Full responsibility for specific financial controls, Team Member training assignments, and the screening of perspective employees under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager.
 Directly perform hands-on work on an ongoing basis to train employees, respond to customer service needs, or otherwise role model appropriate behaviors in the restaurant.
 Provide overall leadership, recognize and motivate members of the team, coach and train the team for operational excellence.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

 At least 2 years supervisory experience in either a food & hospitality service or retail environment including Profit & Loss responsibility
 Good communication skills in Burmese
 Good command of English
 Strong interpersonal skills
 Strong analytical/decision-making skills
 Basic personal computer literacy
