Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the service team to ensure timely and effective support.
  • Plan and coordinate installation and maintenance schedules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with medical equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Provide training and technical support to clients and internal staff.
  • Maintain service records and generate performance reports.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to support customer needs.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical equipment servicing.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
    • Ability to travel and work under pressure.
