  • Taking actual site measurement to issue store layout
  • Estimating PR process for budget to open the new stores and additional works
  • Identifying and weighing up commercial risks
  • Assigning work to subcontractors
  • Valuing completed work, managing budgets and overseeing payments
  • Ensuring projects meet legal, quality standards and complete on time
  • Inspection of ongoing new stores to quality control within renovation period
  • Reporting to assistant project manager
  • Solving the maintained issues of all opened stores
  • Following building regulations and health and safety
  • Other assigned duties by project manager
  • Who can go to the sites by public transport
  • Strong knowledge for project engineer procedure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Understanding of engineering science and technology
  • Knowledge for maintained of building and renovation works

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • B.E (Electrical)
  • Advanced MS Office (Email, Word, Excel, Power-point)
  • Minimum [5] years or equivalent of working experience in project engineer position
  • Good communication skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
  • Must be willing to work shifts/flexible to work overtime as often as required
  • Must have good stamina and can work under pressure
  • Good with time management, must be obedient & result-oriented person.
