A Big Opportunity for ...

•    Monitor, prepare and upload client data into Dashboard from time-to-time manner.
•    Able to coordinate projects as much as possible according to client needs.
•    Able to plan project disbursements well with large sum of Cash.
•    Arrange for resource planning with cross functional departments by using Secondment request.
•    Communicate and align with various departments for smooth Business Operations.
•    Checked the daily assign tasks, transactions and points must be filled. 
•    Reconcile the report data from various sources and generate consolidate report.
•    Provide accurate financial and respective reports to clients in a timely manner. (Include EOD reports as well)
•    Must be properly stored projects data and reused during the Projects Ground Survey.
•    Align well with the Ground Operations Control team and provide necessary supports.
•    Identify and take action if Clients/Agents/Roaming Staff had compliant.
•    Able to explain the projects nature well and provide training related to clients if necessary.
•    Able to advise and discuss project Risk Mitigation.
•    Monitor and control the Project activities as well as checking    CRV books.
•    Assist the tasks and activities of cross functional departments.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

•    Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
•    2-3 years of experience in working NGO/INGO sectors, Cash Operations and Financial Backgrounds.
•    Background knowledge of NGO/INGO projects nature and other Mobile Banking systems would be preferable.
•    Good written, verbal, active listening and communication skills. (English & Burmese)
•    Ability to work under pressure, to motivate big teams and achieve targets.
•    Demonstrate willingness to develop analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Must have good attitude, teamwork, and good interpersonal skills.
•    Basic Knowledge in MS Word, MS Power-Point and Advance MS Excel skills.
•    Must to Travel.
