• Support the local and native teachers in planning and conducting lessons and activities.
• Assist in managing classroom behavior and ensuring a safe, respectful environment.
• Provide individual or small group support to help students improve their understanding.
• Prepare, organize, and manage learning materials, teaching aids, and classroom setup.
• Monitor students’ participation and provide feedback to the senior teachers.
• Help facilitate blended or online learning sessions, including basic technical support.
• Communicate with students and teachers to maintain smooth class operations.
• Participate in academic meetings, teacher training, and school events as assigned.
• Uphold Edulink Myanmar’s policies, teaching quality standards, and professional values.

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, English, or related field preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of teaching or classroom support experience (preferred).
• Good command of English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, patient, and supportive toward diverse learners.
• Basic computer literacy (Zoom, Google Workspace, or online learning platforms).
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in English language education or international programs.

Knowledge of blended or digital learning environments.
