● Identify and follow up on sales opportunities online, on site, off site according to strategic plan. ● Identify and understand students’ needs and communicate how our services can address them. ● Provide ongoing support to students. ● Respond to students enquiries as needed. ● Record information as required and maintain accurate records. ● Ensure important information is transmitted to relevant staff and departments
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases. 2. Generate sales leads and set appointments for the sales team. 3. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads and follow up on inquiries. 4. Identify and understand customer needs, objections, and concerns to provide appropriate solutions. 5. Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information. 6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. 8. Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies through training and feedback.
1. Manage the calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. 2. Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, demonstrating proficient English communication skills. 3. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required, ensuring accuracy and clarity in written communication. 4. Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries as needed, presenting findings effectively in English. 5. Coordinate and oversee personal tasks, such as errands, household management, and family commitments, communicating clearly and effectively in English. 6. Act as a liaison between the employer and external parties, including clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, demonstrating proficiency in English communication. 7. Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in English proficiency.
✔️To provide professional and quality education consulting and career counseling services to clients via face-to-face, phone, Zoom and email ✔️To provide consultation and up-to date information to applicants about programs ✔️ To support and participate in company's events such as education exhibitions, school visits, seminars, etc ✔️Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities ✔️Supporting manager in organizing various projects ✔️Conducting market research and analyzing consumer rating reports/ questionnaires ✔️Daily check your own media channel and message platform for customer messages, comments and other things. ✔️Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts ✔️To create design and content for Facebook Post (At Least three designs and content for a day...) ✔️Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting.

Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to inform digital marketing initiatives. 3. Offer expert advice and guidance to digital marketers and marketing staff on the latest digital marketing tools, techniques, and best practices. 4. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization to enhance ROI and achieve KPIs. 5. Assist in developing content strategies for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with brand values. 6. Provide insights and recommendations for search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic. 7. Advise on social media marketing strategies to maximize engagement, increase followership, and foster community growth across various social media channels. 8. Collaborate on email marketing campaigns, offering guidance on segmentation, content creation, and optimization to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates. 9. Utilize digital analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, preparing regular reports and insights for stakeholders. 10. Conduct training sessions and workshops for digital marketers and marketing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in digital marketing practices.
