Position Overview : The role of Student Service Officer (B2B) at Edulink English Language Centre involves managing student enrollments, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring exceptional service to students and clients. Key Responsibilities: ● Student Enrollment Management: Accurately input and monitor student enrollment data, assisting with re-enrollment processes as needed. ● Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate effectively with departments such as sales, teachers, finance, HR, and study abroad to ensure seamless operations. ● Client Interaction: Greet visitors, guests, and potential clients warmly, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. ● Placement Test Organization: Plan and oversee placement tests at the center when required. ● Issue Resolution: Handle customer issues and complaints in accordance with company policies. ● Administrative Support: Assist with specialized processes, including certificate printing and organizing graduation ceremonies. ● Center Operations: Open and close the center according to the work roster, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Support the local and native teachers in planning and conducting lessons and activities. Assist in managing classroom behavior and ensuring a safe, respectful environment. Provide individual or small group support to help students improve their understanding. Prepare, organize, and manage learning materials, teaching aids, and classroom setup. Monitor students’ participation and provide feedback to the senior teachers. Help facilitate blended or online learning sessions, including basic technical support. Communicate with students and teachers to maintain smooth class operations. Participate in academic meetings, teacher training, and school events as assigned. Student Support: Welcome visitors and handle inquiries or complaints from students and parents. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in a student service or administrative role is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication platforms. Operational Support: Ensure timely opening and closing of the centre, maintain cleanliness and manage room bookings. Textbook Management: Oversee textbook inventory, coordinate orders, deliveries, and returns, and ensure adherence to Edulink standards. Attendance Monitoring: Check and follow up on student attendance, report absenteeism, and assist with rescheduling missed tests. Viber Group Management: Create and manage Viber groups for assigned classes and share necessary class details. Certificate Issuance: Assist with certificate distribution and manage library lending processes. Engagement and Feedback: Announce student engagement events, encourage participation, and collect feedback. Administrative Support: Maintain teacher profiles, update academic contacts, and assist with survey reports.
