Summary of the Role
Assistant Vice president (Marketing and promotion) of Digital Banking team is accountable for developing the overall marketing and branding strategies and implementing the marketing and advertising plans for digital banking products. In addition, he/she able to lead the team with clear objectives, innovative marketing strategies and achieve the goals by developing the campaigns in order to achieve the targets efficiently. 
Duties & Responsibilities
•    Develop the marketing and branding strategies and implement the marketing and advertising plans based on transaction/acquisition status
•    Plan the communication activities and manage the content calendar for respective communication channel
•    Work closely with in-house team or external creative agencies to implement the marketing/communication plan and materials
•    Track marketing performance/ return on investment, manage the marketing budget and prepare weekly or monthly reports for the internal department and management
•    Evaluate and review marketing campaigns and communication plan to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
•    Conduct market research and monitor the market trends
•    Monitor and supervise the subordinates to achieve their tasks/targets efficiently and provide the required training to maximize their potential

•    Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Business, Marketing and Promotion area
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps, hands on experience of working with MS Power point and Excel is a MUST
•    Good at Sales Management and familiar with marketing and promotion activities
•    Excellent communication & presentation skill and good command of both spoken and written English and Myanmar
•    Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Demonstrated ability of attention to details, accountable, well manner and positive attitude
