Summary of the Role
Assistant Vice president (Partners Acquisition) of Digital Banking team is responsible build long-term strategies for partners acquisition and develop short/medium acquisition plans to expand the payment network and drive partners transactions of digital banking products. 
Duties & Responsibilities
•    Identify and acquire potential suitable partners (online and retail merchants, agents and main agents) and expanding partnership network
•    Develop effective marketing campaigns and collaterals to drive partners acquisition, transactions and active partners
•    Analyze market data to identify the partners and acquiring development opportunities in line with the plans
•    Work closely with the partners to ensure a successful onboarding experience
•    Monitor the acquisition and active status, set and track targets and suggest actions to improve acquisition performance
•    Work together with cross sections to implement required activities upon active and acquisition status
•    Collect the feedbacks and related issues from the field and share to related team for improvement

•    Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Business, Sale and Acquisition area.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps, hands on experience of working with MS Power point and Excel is a MUST
•    Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
•    Excellent communication & presentation skill and good command of both spoken and written English and Myanmar
•    Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Demonstrated ability of attention to details, accountable, well manner and positive attitude
