An ability to work both independently within customer’s need and factory site
- Direct report to CEO
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with external partners/ internal teams to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
- Preparing quotation to send and negotiate with customer
- Checking incoming email and reply as customer’s requirement
- Negotiate
- Prepare order confirmation letter, send to factory as customer request
- Assist CEO’s instruction and cooperate with Finance and other department
- Check shipping document and custom clearance issue
- Build and Keep relationship with customer
- Make appointments and calls with customer and factory site for sales and marketing issue
- Assist Managing Director, CEO and General Manager and coordinate between Finance Team and Managing Director to input Internal / External know-how to sales and marketing
