A Great Opportunity for ...

1. Prepare quarterly rolling forecasts and annual sales forecasts
2. Set monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets with National Sales Manager
3. Achieve set sales targets by volume, SKU and outlet
4. Monitor sales data and activities from Head of Areas and Regional Sales Executives daily; includes sales, stock balance, customer information, route plan and attendance
5. Monitor sales data from Sub-Distributors and Wholesale daily; includes sales, stock balance and payment terms
6. Routinely manage and check responsible Sub-Distributor areas and report to the National Sales Manager and Board of Directors
7. Hold weekly meetings with Brand Managers to provide customer feedback and receive product training
8. Prepare and present monthly reports to the National Sales Manager and Board of Directors and review report with Brand Managers and Regional Sales Team; includes sales data, salesmen performance, outlet performance, issues, feasible solutions and deep analysis and evaluation of sales performance
9. Implement trade promotions and evaluate effectiveness of trade promotions
10. Hold quarterly meetings with Regional Sales Team to evaluate sales performance and present monthly sales review with issues and possible solutions included

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

1. At least 3 years’ experience in related field
2. Certificate or diploma holder in Sales & Marketing Management
3. Full knowledge of Regional Channel Sales & Marketing
4. Strong communications and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
5. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Gmail
6. Treat everyone with respect
7. Intermediate level in English
8. Can work collaboratively in teams
9. Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions
