Position Objective:
The key objective is to effectively and strategically drive the sales force of the team, coaching and mentoring the team, and building and maintaining the great relationship with partner branches to fully support the bancassurance business successful.
Roles and Responsibilities:
FPM Development
• Accountable for the setup, recruitment and management of Bank Channel Sales Team
• Provide management oversight of the FPM to ensure high performance
• Conduct coaching and Joint Field Work for new and underperforming FPMs
• Continuously seek new ways to improve sales and efficiencies in the FPM sales model
• Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes that could impact sales, sales process and training requirements
Sales & Performance Management
• Develop a detailed understanding of the bank and maintain close relationships with key bank branches and branch personnel
• Meet the assigned targets for profitable sales volumes and strategic objectives
• Manage sales and other sales related expenses within specified budgets
• Conduct weekly review with branches to discuss progress against targets and big items in the pipeline.
Admin, Strategy & HO Management
• Active involvement in Planning and Budgeting activities
• Review and track FPM daily performance
• Ensure tracking of leads generated and progress on lead conversion on a regular basis
• Lead morning huddle for FPMs
• Review and celebrate previous day achievements at the branches
