Job Description

Must know Truck Engine, Truck Suspension, Truck Installation, and official knowledge of spare parts names.
Must be able to manage car maintenance schedule.
Must know spare parts shop and manage spare parts procurement.
Supervise daily activities maintenance, including quality assurance, sparepart, engine oil tyre and etc. inventory control.
Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed
Oversee and manage the maintenance team, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient repairing packages.

Skills and Qualifications

Any Graduate or BE/AGTI (Mechanical) more preferred.
More than 5 years experience in relevant background
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years experience in a maintenance role managing
Proficient knowledge of truck maintenance and repairing
Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities to drive change
Ability to develop and maintain positive employee, driver and cross-functional team relations
Strong knowledge of car maintenance plans.
