• Have a full understanding of the CMS Cadencie System
• Prepare Operational procedures and manuals on all new implementation processes
• Will help manage the transition and training of Operations staff together with CMS PMO team for all new processes
• Will support resolution of all BAU operational issues as and when this is encountered working closely with CMS User Admin unit
• Regularly coordinate with the Business, Project Management, IT and Operations Teams on system inquiries and other assistance that may be needed
• Be able to communicate clearly in English language to the CMS vendor, Wirecard, and to other 3rd party external entities
• Provide Back up support to the CMS User Administrator as needed
• Be able to provide support and answers on inquiries raised by other support units in a timely manner
• Support all the MI requirements of Operations Department as well as preparation of reports

• Any Graduate (or) other relevant academic backgrounds (IT back ground and Data Analytics is preferred)
• Age between 28 and 35 years old
• Minimum 3 years experience or at least one-year experience in a back-office operations job is an advantage
• Has back ground on Data Analytics and Business Intelligence functions
• Can use MS Access program
• Fast learner, team player, has good critical and analytical thinking skills, can multi-task and manage time well. Has basic understanding or background on technical analysis of manuals and diagrams
• Able to learn and understand use of MAB banking systems like the Card Management System and Core Banking System
• Interaction with various MAB internal units and 3rd party rewards vendor
• Well-disciplined and obey rules and regulation of organization, have team spirit and a good team player, mutual respect within the team, positive thinking and enthusiasm
• Computer literate and proficient in English (Written and Verbal)
