Job Summary:
The IT Manager oversees the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring support for operations and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels.
Ensure IT systems comply with industry standards.
Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees.
Develop reliable metrics for hardware, software, and storage.

Qualifications:

Solid project management capabilities.
