Senior Officer ~ Assistant Vice President (Market Research – Business Development- Digital Banking Department) 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze financial data relating with customers, agents, merchants.
• Monitor financial transactions upon all types of services and identify transaction trends in financial data sets.
• Perform the analysis of transaction, acquisitions and relevant financials data to track KPI achievement by weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.
• Review current commission and pricing scheme of relevant parties by analyzing and benchmarking with market data and update accordingly 
• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of data for use in monthly business reports and Management reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or other relevant academic backgrounds (MBA degree holder is preferable!)
• Have at least 3~5 years of working experience in related fields (Experience in Finance and market research at Banking field is preferable!)
• A creative thinker, outgoing and mature personality
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, analytic skills and problem solving skills
• Computer literate and proficiency in English
