Bancassurance Specialist at an International Financial Services Company

● Lead banca planning team and support sales activities plan
● Salary up to 3,000 USD plus attractive benefit package

About the Company

The Role

Responsible for supervising the needs planning for department, project, or company

● Conduct sales training, refreshment training for salesforce
● Set KPI and review the performance for the team
● Research competitor information and adjust to the current marketing trends
● Control the budget for channel activities and events planning

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

● Minimum 3 years of experience of cross selling in financial service industry (Banking or Insurance Industry more preferred)
● Bachelor Degree is a must and other related qualifications will be highly preferred
● Knowledge of assessment and analytical work would be an advantage
● Strong leadership, communication and planning skills
