-Recruiting, training and supervising employee-Managing budgets-Planning menu-Ensuring hygiene and healthy and safety legislation-Promoting and marketing the business-Overseeing stock levels-schedule the staff rotas-Handling customer inquiries and complaints.-Oversee the service of beverages RTH, Todday Bar, Functions and Catering and maintain overall responsibility for beverages service throughout the Company.-Ensure Standard Operations Procedures and SOP standards are achieved and maintained at all times.

-High School Diploma-Bar management experience or more education is generally preferred-Excellent computer, problem solving, and Customer service skills-Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills.-Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.-Ability to work stressful environment.
