  1. To prepare yearly business plan, monthly budget focus for doing Digital Money Services
  2. To Drive the Regional Offices and Branch Offices to achieving targets stated in Business Plan
  3. To Control and Monitor the Daily, Weekly, Monthly target achievement for each sales staff and target achievement for business KPI
  4. To monitor the workplace activities to ensure that risk management protocols are being followed and create awareness in businesses on the prevention, detection, and correction of fraud.
  5. To manage all staff for the weekly, monthly financial targets and report to CBO and CEO.
  6. To Ensure internal control system in working place and the business operation area
  7. To supervise the follow up on corporate policies and procedures
  8. To create and implement for the microfinance businesses' products or services and operational work flow
  9. To set up, Manage, facilitate and implement to roll out of additional new branches in assigned area according to business plan by coordinating with other stakeholders.
  10. To Maintain the quality of microfinance services through regular field visits.
  11. To Dealing with government office and do as per procedure and policy of government.
  12. Ensure that all businesses’ documentation, support systems and paperwork is systematically completed in a best practices manner in office

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  1. Any Graduate (Prefer Master degree in Business Administration)
  2. Age over 35 years old
  3. Must have 4 years' Management experiences which are including in the Digital Money Services and Microfinance Services.
  4. Must have the good experience in microfinance filed for opening the branches of each township and manage the branches
  5. Strong leadership skills and Strong attention to detail and technicalities.
  6. Good written and verbal communication in English skills
  7. Excellent organizational, technical skills, good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
  8. Excellent in Microsoft Application (Especially in word, excel, power point, Internet & Email)
