Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible to manage billing team. Administration of payment collection which include billing, refunds, outstanding payment follow-ups, deposit monitoring and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management. Requires a highly proactive individual who is meticulous and organized as the assigned tasks must be completed daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing team and supervise to ensure of smooth the whole billing & collection process.
  • Assist in the tasks of management in preparing documents for finance and auditors.
  • Preparing invoices and billing entries
  • Preparing other ad-hoc invoices
  • Perform pre-bill activities in time in billing support system before end of the month.
  • Manage deposit, refund, revenue, collection and payments.
  • Direct contact to customers for billing-related matters.
  • Collection 100% of bills including physical manners if required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma, majoring in Accountancy or Finance will be preferred.
  •  4 years experience in relevant field will be preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Possess positive attitude, meticulous and problem-solving skills, cross-functional interaction, and Efficient communications in both English and Myanmar
