- မိမိရုံးခွဲရှိဝင်ငွေထွက်ငွေစာရင်းများကို Softwe ငွေစာရင်းစာအုပ်တွင် Teller transaction စာရင်းသွင်းရမည်။
- နေ့စဉ် Cash Transaction များ ကို ငွေစာရင်းစာအုပ် (Excel Sheet) တွင် စာရင်းသွင်းရမည်။
- ငွေချေးအဖွဲ့ဝင်များထံမှ ပြန်လည်ပေးဆပ်ငွေများကို ကောက်ယူလက်ခံရမည်။
- နေ့စဉ်ငွေလက်ကျန် ကိုစစ်ဆေးပြီး Record လုပ်၍ File တွဲထားရမည်။
- ငွေရပြေစာများ၊ ငွေပေးပြေစာများကို Loan File တွင် တွဲရမည်။
- အဖွဲ့ဝင်လျောက်လွာများ ကို Copy ကူး၍ အဆင်သင့်ပြုလုပ်ထားရမည်။
- ရုံးချုပ် မှအခါ အားလျှော်စွာ ထုတ်ပြန်ထားသည့်ညွှန်ကြားစာများကို File တွဲထားရမည်။
- Payment Voucher, Received Voucher များတွင် လက်မှတ်များစုံမစုံ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း နှင့် File တွဲခြင်းပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
- မိမိရုံးခွဲမှ အထက်အရာရှိများ၏ရုံးအလုပ်များကို ကူညီလုပ်ဆောင်ပေးရမည်။
- လိုအပ်၍ ပေးအပ်သောအခြားတာဝန်များကိုလည်း လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်။
