The Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, lending, products, customer service and security and safety in accordance with the Company's policy. Develops and provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual and branch target goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships. Provides leadership, training and supervision; delegates day to day operations to the Loan Officers or other branch personnel.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

-Holder of Bachelor Degree in any field
-Must have at least 2 years of managerial experience in relevant job
-Positive (can do) attitude with ability to work in a team environment
-Geographic mobility and flexibility
-Excellent knowledge over MS office, outlook etc
-Excellent time management and organization skills
-Knowledge of negotiation skill would be an advantage
-Ability to work under pressure
-High motivation and ability to work without supervision
-Effective written and oral communication in English will be an added advantage
-Able to travel where necessary
