Branch Manager at the international growing Microfinance company in Mandalay
o Responsible to manage and oversee branch personnel and supervise branch operations.
o Salary up to 1,200,000 MMK plus other benefits

The Role
● Develop and implement sales plans and increase brand awareness for the company within the community.
● Organise and execute training programs for branch personnel
● Manage budgets, drive sales and define company’s objectives

● Minimum 5 years of experience as branch manager is a must.
● Bachelor’s degree or other business-related education is required.
● Good command of English communications skill and customer relationship skill are needed.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and self-motivation skills is a must.
