A Big Opportunity for ...

Supervise Facebook page for communication (As moderator) & Data record (participant information) and advertising, digital campaign, and promotions both online and offline.
Work closely with the sales team, event & merchandising team for execution of marketing activities (Smart IQ Contest, Pastille sampling, WOW, Happy Track, Wet sampling, new product launch ) and end user promotion.
Record and prepare marketing expenses & claims, A & P list (In/Out), allocation list, and marketing activities photos.
Supervise event & merchandising team for delivering allocation items to the respective area, extending the contract & changing the skin for Billboards, Signage, etc . . and also align with the agency for it.
Assist in the production of advertising, sales kit, or other promotional materials occasionally within the timeline.
Help to prepare presentations for KP meeting quarterly
Prepare monthly sales & stocks reports and competitor’s promotion report submit to brand manager
Assist the Brand Manager in laying out the brand plan.

Any Bachelor’s degree with Diploma in Marketing or Pharmacist more preferred.
At least 2 years experience in OTC marketing or preferably a pharmaceuticals experience of FMCG.
Executive Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Reporting Skills, and Creation Skills
Proficiency in MS office
Proficient in written & oral communication skills in English.
Able to work with a team and can be willing to travel.
