Responsibilities:

Monitor trial status and review trial plan.
Assistance to Section Head of Brewing Technology in process fine-tuning and optimization.
Monitor the breakdown concerned with brewing for ensuring an accurate quality result.
Monitor Lab Bio results for Bio issued and improvement.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Primary Requirements:

B.Sc or M.Sc (Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry) or Food technology.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the food manufacturing industry.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Teamwork and good communication skills.
Honest, initiative, hardworking, and good analytical skills.
Able to work on Public holidays, weekends, and extended working hours as required.
