- Communicate with internal business units to understand the needs of departments and the organization as a whole.
- Perform analysis to ensure business requirements and customer’s needs are aligned
- Produce written documentation such as survey results, statistical data, etc. and present them to the appropriate audience when necessary.
- Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/annual group financial management reports, business plans and forecasts timely and accurately.
- Assist with project-related business case analysis and preparation of business cases. Assist with developing profitable pricing models.
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, figuring out opportunities and solutions for a business.
- Monitor emails and update to management as required
- Assist in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and United Nations Global Compact (UNGC)
- Record all the data generated from the respective department.
- Arrange/Organize and Participate in Business Meetings/Seminars/Forums related to business development activities
- Assist in strategic business activities as per management instructions and requirements

- Completion of qualifications in a business or related fields such as Bachelor of Business, Management or industry-specific qualifications.
- Presentation skills (both in English and Myanmar) are compulsory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Interpersonal skills and an effective team player.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and positive manner attitudes.
- Shall require travelling for business development activities occasionally.
