3. Functional Specification Document (FSD): Create FSDs that clearly outline the system's functionalities and interactions. Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment with the client's expectations.
4. Stakeholder Management: Engage in effective communication with clients, project managers, development teams, and other stakeholders. Ensure their needs are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Process Modeling: Utilize your expertise to model business processes and identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and automation opportunities.
6. Technology Understanding: Demonstrate a strong grasp of networks, databases, and other relevant technologies to effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
● 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT Outsourcing Company.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
● Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
● Proven facilitation skills with experience in writing SDRDs and FSDs.
● Familiarity with requirements engineering and stakeholder analysis.
● Demonstrated knowledge of business structures and processes modeling.
● Understanding of networks, databases, and other relevant technology.
● Proactive and fast learner, able to adapt to high-pressure work environments.
