  • Evaluate the channel providing services to customers and overall experience at various retail locations.
  • Visit assigned stores according to provided guidelines.
  • Observe and evaluate the parameters pre-defined.
  • Provide detailed feedback on the overall shopping experience.
  • Submit reports in a timely manner.
  • Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by Line Manager.
  • This role requires a lot of travelling.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • 1-2 years Prior Experience in Mystery Shopping Role.
  • Experience in Telecom, Hospitality, MFS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Knowledge of the requirements for effective report writing
  • Proficiency in English/Burmese (both oral & written) for effective verbal and written communications, including active listening skills and skills in presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Probing Skills
  • Effective team player and able to work independently.
  • Ability to influence people without getting into conflict situations
