Requirement
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a commercial and platform management role, preferably in Ecommerce and Digital business industries.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Play store and app store optimization, App marketing and user acquisition strategies.
• Ability to interpret website and app traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
• Experienced in launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)
• A skill set of strong communication, reporting and sales disciplines. Working knowledge of CRM and KPI goal setting
