On behalf of our Client, a leading freight forwarder. We are looking for a: Business Development Executive (Cross Border & Logistics) to be based at their offices in Yangon, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducts market research to understand market/customer requirements, business opportunities and threats in order to develop potential trade lanes in line with the business plan
• Arranges meetings with potential customers and providing solutions & quotations to customers
• Provides feedback received from customers through customer survey and one-to-one interviews to support product development & enhances service performance
• Maintains and strengthens relationship with existing and potential customers
• Reviews own performance by evaluating visit plans, action plans, target reports, etc. to meet or exceed monthly sales targets/budgets
• Ensures a consistency of service quality by following standard operating processes/procedures and driving organizations quality improvement initiatives, in order to continually delight customers

Job Requirements

• University degree in any major subject
• At least (3) years’ experience in Sales & Marketing
• Experience in Cross Border Logistics/ Marketing (China/ India/ Thailand)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Good command of English Language
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Relationships with Border Agents/ Trucking Gates would be a distinct advantage
