Continuously identify, contact, and attract new qualified vendors to join the MGD Mall marketplace.
Negotiate and finalize collaboration agreements with new vendors. o Maintain long-term, positive relationships with existing vendors and provide support to help them increase their sales.
Analyze competitor landscapes and develop strategies to expand the MGD Mall marketplace and gain a competitive edge.
Participate in online and offline marketing activities to enhance the MGD Mall brand image. o Meet and exceed designated sales targets.
Monitor vendor sales data and provide actionable insights and methods to boost their sales performance.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing (or) a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Development role.
Prior experience in an e-commerce, retail, or technology company is a strong plus.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in both Burmese and English. o A solid understanding of marketing and business development strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
