Builds business by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Job Duties:
• Works very closely with the Managing Director
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients and suppliers
• Increases client base and understanding of client requirements
• Reports and records opportunities, stakeholder mapping and client requirements
• Identifies and produces market strategies and plans
• Identifies opportunities by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by sourcing potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
• Produces financial cost, and profit and loss calculations for each project
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions
• Works with lawyers on the contract, and is responsible for the closure
• Highly considerate of keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Takes ownership and responsibility to see through leads and projects
