- Pursue business opportunities for developing new sites within Yangon and/or Mandalay
- Manage business development team to expand Myanmar Net network in housings projects
- Manage monthly or quarterly revenue share, monthly payments for sites lease and other related financial matters to ensure OPI financing processes are smooth
- Develop and manage projects with implementation plans and timelines
- Manage, motivate and develop team members to ensure high level of sales & customer service.

- Must be able to have strong project management skill and business development skills to support services implementation, and acting as a project owner until services are lunched
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to build good relationships with properties’ owners and housings committees for long term business collaboration of On-Premise Internet services.
- Must be able to type and review contracts in Myanmar & English
- Must have excellent problem solving skills to resolve issues arise from cross teams or related sites.
- Must be able to think big picture and must be detail oriented.
- Must have strong English & Burmese 4 skills with ability to present & communicate confidently
