Business Development

• Plan, set goals, develop and oversee the business development strategy for all the sales and rentals of MBIG properties which included but not limited to prototype houses and MBIG’s development projects on individual residential housing, estate residential housing & estate shop houses, co-working spaces,etc.
• Determine key business development KPIs
• Develop and prepare budgets, cost, schedule and if necessary, collaborate with external parties to achieve the goals, schedules and strategies.
• Monitor and manage sales progress against the plan and take appropriate action where necessary
• Prepare Market development, Competitor analysis and Opportunity analysis
• Work with key stakeholders to define consulting services, including the development of project/resource plans in conjunction with the key project stakeholders and clients so that will be continual to enhance.

Account Management

• Plan, set goals, manage and oversee the overall strategy for MBIG’s Assets
• Ability to manage and build relationships within and outside the organizations to influence and resolve issues with the clients
• Identify suitable opportunities and develop plans to strategically engage with Clients
• Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders
• Support, train and lead junior member of the Sales & Marketing team during execution of business development & account managing opportunities

 Grate problem solver with positive constructive thinking
 3 years of experiences of creating and executing sales strategies, business and account plans in reputable company
 Excellent command of MS Office
 Minimum Degree in any disciplines
 No additional working experience required for those who possesses most of the requirements mentioned above
