SUMMARY
Outbound call centers are those where the primary duties and responsibilities of the call center agents includes making outgoing calls to a list of people that the company provides. The job of the agents is to not only to make these calls but to achieve the purpose of making the call.
The purpose of an outbound call can vary from one project to another. Here are a list of the types of outbound calls and the nature of work.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Informing to customers of outstanding bills and due dates
• Following up the customers for repayment collections
• Recording details of comments, inquires and complaints
• Completing call notes and call reports and updating
• Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle inquires
• Making outgoing call to the company’s existing customers
• Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customers inquires and complaints
• Handling and resolving customer service problems regarding products

• Must be an university degree holder
• Experienced in dealing with the public
