-Handling daily inquires process
- To handle customer complain
- Manage day to day sale invoice and report
- Responsible for customer service
- Assist in customers in all queries and resolved issues.
- Issue and record Ticketing and reservation
- Make reservations and book travel tickets for customer and guests
- Book flight tickets for clients, customers and our package tour
- Issue the tickets & prepare the exchange order
- Ensure customers’ name and identification are correct
- Responsible for customer service
- Maintain confidentiality of customer’s information
- Assist to ticketing supervisor & manager
- Ensured customers with special needs get required facilities

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

-1 to 3 years experience in ticketing and reservation
-Able to work with Shift.
-Good customer relations and service
-Able to work under pressure and first-paced environment
-Customer Service Oriented
-Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel.
-Strong interpersonal skill and communication skill
