Ensure 3PP governance to deliver best quality at optimum cost in network.
Follow governance meeting to track all improvement actions from respective stakeholders.
Work with Tower Co, Fiber Co to cater business requirements.
Measure contractual SLAs and escalate if any performance degradation.
Explore alternative options in any circumstance to maintain quality network.
Reconcile network incidents and ensure to place in right bucket for all incidents.
Explore and initiate to deliver optimal OPEX in daily operations.
Ensure preventive maintenance of Radio/Tx sites are completed according to plan and verify to get quality PM.
Proactive preparedness of seasonal operations for less impact to the network.
Ensure write off process are completed on time for damaged material due to force majeure.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Any Bachelor’s degree or Graduate with engineering background will be given advantage.
5 years working experience with OPCO/TowerCos.
Excellent knowledge of excel and other MS Office applications.
Analytical capability, problem solving approach and strong execution skills
Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally
Proficiency in financial modeling, spreadsheet, and data visualization
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and extract actionable insights
