An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Organize and manage outreach eye care camps in Mandalay and surrounding areas.
Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns and events.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns (including flyers, posters, and social media ads) targeting local communities, schools, workplaces, and religious or cultural groups.
Distribute promotional materials and ensure brand presence at strategic locations.
Engage and build relationships with community leaders, businesses, NGOs, and other stakeholders to gain support and partnership for camps.
Arrange the logistics, including staffing, equipment, patient referrals to eye care facilities, and transportation support.
Maintain daily physician outreach to drive enhanced patient referrals.
Consistent daily merchandising marketing is required, focusing on prominent display advertising placements within clinics, pharmacies, and high-visibility locations.
Collect customer feedback and report on campaign effectiveness.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach activities through data collection on attendance, referrals, and patient outcomes.
Partner effectively with departments across the organization to drive progress toward key performance indicators (KPIs) and business targets.
Support to Senior Marketing Executive and Top Management.
Report progress and impact to camp management and stakeholders

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
Age under 30 years old.
A valid motorcycle license is required; must be comfortable with extensive travel across Mandalay and regional areas.
Must have expert knowledge of locations in Mandalay City and its surrounding areas to effectively lead and coordinate eye-care camp operations.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role.
Proven capacity to deliver results against set targets and function effectively as a contributing team member.
Strong understanding of community engagement, branding, and communication principles for effective interactions with team members and upper management.
Ability to coordinate multi-functional teams and manage events from planning to execution, problem-solving, judgement and patient-centered care.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management and must be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Photoshop, Illustrator, Cap Cut, and other editing software.
Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours during field activities.
Fluency in the Myanmar language; English proficiency preferred.
