Summary of Responsibility Scope:

Cashier is responsible for handling money in the form of cash, check in the safe or drawer and process cash transactions with customers or suppliers or internal staff of the organization.

Primary Job Descriptions

Maintain cash in cash drawers and safe and count at the end of cash counter closing time to ensure that amounts are correct
Collect payment by cash and disburse payment in cash
Keep proper entries of cash transactions in cash books or any ERP system the company maintain to use
Maintain proper issue of cash receipts and check the entries in ERP software are in line
Close balance at 5PM everyday, report closing balance to Treasurer at 5.30PM everyday

Age Between 20~30 years
At Least 1~2 years experience in related Field
IT Literate and Excellent in Microsoft Office (Must)
Basic English Language Proficiency
