Job Description

  • Handling, collecting and issuing customers’ receipts 
  • Collecting cash/cheque from customer
  • Check the details information from online payment bank slips
  • Cash count and keep it in the safe and then hand over to FO with daily excel report.
  • Updating receipts record in system and excel file
  • Properly file the receipts and payment documents according to their payment types and periods.
  • Checking advance claim form with each expenses voucher sometimes and support to colleges.
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly report updating
  • Have to work on weekends/public holidays
  • Other ad-hoc assignment as required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or Diploma in Accounting
  • 2-3 working experiences in related field and prior experience as a cashier or in a customer-facing role.
  • Banking/Cashiering/Retail/Customer service experience advantageous
  • Conversational level in English
