  • Plan and track the performance of all regions using the necessary analysis methodology, standardized reporting formats, and dashboards.
  • Optimize product distribution opportunities to achieve wide product availability in all channels within the covered areas/regions. Attain high numerical distribution via well effective program execution.
  • Responsible for the achievement of sales targets for the assigned product categories.
  • Responsible for managing the Sale team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and expanding ting company’s business.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new areas and competition status
  • Assist in the development of the annual operation plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales and operations effort),
  • To Analyze & report the data of Sales, Promotion, Pricing, and Distribution Activities
  • Be able to concentrate for long periods of time, handle pressure with a high sense of confidentiality

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Minimum a degree holder of BSc/BA in business administration and a master's degree is a plus.
  • Must have at least 5 years of sales management experience with a Managerial Title in FMCG products, Pet Foods, Health Care and other relevant.
  • Ability to travel and work throughout Myanmar understanding of regions
  • Communicable Business English (both verbal & written)
  • Computer - Excel, Word – PowerPoint an advantage
  • Must be able to drive and holder of valid driving license
