Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and suppliers.
• Prepare proposals and quotations for group and individual clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance.

Marketing & Promotion

• Plan and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Manage the company’s social media presence, website updates, and online advertising.
• Organize and participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content.
• Collaborate with the creative and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Team Management & Reporting

• Supervise and guide the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for management review.
• Maintain good communication between the marketing, ticketing, and tour operations teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and tourism trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing platforms.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Positive attitude, creativity, and strong organizational skills.
