• Sales and operations of the serviced co-office centre
• Upkeep of the premises
• Maintain a customer database, attend to users’ requests and enquiries.
• Make sales calls to prospective users, maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
• Respond to sales enquiries via phone, mail, social media and/or in person
• Assist the manager(s) with management reports
• Assist the manager(s) with research on market trends and/or competitors, when required
• Assist the manager(s) with the implementation of the marketing plan and sales strategies to maximize centre occupancy and usage
• Other administrative task as assigned by senior management.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Must be holder a bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Preferable with the experience of sales / customer service in hospitality industry or service industry.
• Able to use Microsoft office applications and internet/email.
• Pleasant disposition and presents himself/herself well
• Friendly and comfortable in interacting with people, speaks reasonably good English
• Preferably with a few years of work experience
• Willing to undertake menial work like basic cleaning, moving of furniture, etc, when required
