-Able to do entire project management, estimate the project cost and take good care of project quality management

-Informing to and coordinating with other members and Japanese staff for significant support to the company

-To take responsibility for project members performance appraisal

Offshore development to Japan(Auction site, hospital corporate site,etc)

- Learning the idea of system design, the way of working process as well as project operation of Japanese members. 

- Transferring the business and quality requirements, detailed functions from the Japanese members to the Offshoring project team. 

- Being intensively trained skills of making plans, managing teams, communicating, presenting, solving problems, managing projects.

-Payment and billing confirmation

-Any ad-hoc duties assigned

-Must have working experience in IT industry over 10years.

-Must have working experience in  Japanese ITcompany or have experience living in Japan min.3 years.

-Must have working experience as a project manager.

-Must have experience in developing e-commerce, logistics, auctions, or sales.
-Must know deep knowledge of IT as below.

・Node JS (Express), ReactJs (NextF framework), Tailwind CSS, MongoDB, Google Map API (JavaScript), G raphQL (Apollo Server, Apollo Client), Nginx.PHP, Node JS
