  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department
  • Monitor and ensure internal control compliance for all the accounting entries
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and provide financial reports accurately and timely
  • Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances
  • Provide guidance and trainings to other accountants
  • Delivering regular awareness trainings and meetings for all departments on compliance issues
  • Responsible for checking all the warehouses ground stocks monthly and report timely
  • Caculate COGS for all purchases and data entry record for all imported shipments
  • Maintaining tax documents including SSB and personal income tax and related documents where required
  • Takes responsibility on all taxation related obligations, annual audit and tax reports
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory issues and timely submission of tax
  • Communicate with external parties including bankers, auditors and officers for compliance matters
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and record document transactions
  • Report, analyze, and ensure integrity of all financial information
  • Improve systems and operating procedures and initiate corrective actions
  • Contribute relevant, valuable comments and opinions pro-actively to management team

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance (Preferrably B.com, C.P.A or ACCA- Part2)
  • Prior 2 years’ experience as Chief Accountant
  • Experience with managing the year-end external audit, primary point of contact for the annual external audit, tax processing and compliance
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, email communication and software applications
  • Able to unitize accounting software proficiently, preferably SAP Software
  • Must be able to manage and train the whole department
  • Must be able to work overtime as required and being dynamic with quick response
  • Willing to work with team who have exposures to hospitals and healthcare workers during COVID-19 crisis period
